Paul Leavin graduated from Swarthmore College, received a Masters from Hunter College in New York, and then graduated cum laude from Cardozo Law School. He worked for the Law Department of the City of New York as Assistant Corporation Counsel, Tort Trial Specialist, before forming his own firm. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Bar Association of the City of New York, and the New York County Trial Lawyers Association. He has litigated and tried many cases in the five boroughs, Westchester and Nassau counties, and has served as a Guardian in the City, and Attorney for the Child in the First Judicial Department.
